What we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and your message, along with the page you sent it from and the time you sent it. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries to do this. We will not sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Who we share it with
Enquiries sent through our website pass through Zapier, a service that forwards them to our team's inbox. We also use our email provider and website hosting company to run our business. These companies only handle your information on our instructions. Some of them, including Zapier and Google, may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Cookies
Our website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, unless you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner. If you accept, we also use:
